Dear Colleagues,

Encouraged by the overwhelming success of the first four Asian Conference on Electrochemical Power Sources (ACEPS) conferences, we plan to have the 5th ACPES in Singapore during the period from 17 to 20 Sept. 2010 at the National University of Singapore. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion of recent developments related to power sources using electrochemical concepts, including Fuel Cells, Batteries, Supercapacitors and Photo-electrochemistry (Solar Cells). The past four ACEPS meetings have earned a good reputation as Asian community conferences for electrochemical power sources that have significantly filled the gap between research and technology.

We, the organizing committee of ACEPS-5, are working hard to have this event as successful as possible. The technical program includes Keynote, Invited, Oral and Poster presentations. Your contributions in the four topics of ACEPS-5 are highly welcome. Scientific research, new industrial development, as well as topical updates and discussion of the future are all welcomed in this conference.
